She is competent in delivering CBT and has continued her professional development by training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Approaches, Compassionate-Mind Therapy, and Positive Psychology. She uses a pure CBT approach or a blended approach depending on the preference and needs of each client.

She is a registered Life Coach and Full Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC). She offers cognitive behavioural therapy coaching for occupational stress and personal development.  She also offers Career Coaching.

Her specialist areas of interest are in anxiety, stress, low mood, and low self-esteem. Samantha often works with clients who have experienced stressful or traumatic events in their lives and who feel they are no longer coping. By using evidence-based techniques she helps her clients find ways of managing and overcoming difficult and unpleasant feelings and emotions.

Samantha offers a reduced rate for self-funding clients. Samantha's clinic times are on a Monday evening (£100 assessment, thereafter £80 per session).  Samantha is currently offering both online and face-to-face sessions.
